The IOC is a cross functional institute-wide committee chaired by the Associate Vice Provost for of International Operations. This group collaborates and provides guidance on the Institute’s international operational matters (taxes, financial, legal, research, human resources, etc.). Much of GT’s unique international operations challenges are addressed through effective collaboration with this group of stakeholders for GT’s international operations. This group provides a combination of expertise, strategies, solutions, and best practices from the contributors’ respective fields and as related to international operational challenges, introduces new ideas, and develops/improves upon best practices to strengthen GT’s international operations. This group meets monthly (or as needed) and consists of the following members:

- Georgia Tech Research Corporation (2 representatives)
